Windows Phone Settings
Settings for Windows phones are essentially the same as for other devices. Detailed instructions
are available from the Windowsphone.com site at the links below;
Windows 7 phone
Windows 8 phone
Ensure your Windows phone deletes mail from the server unless you have a PC or laptop that does this.
Failure to do so will cause your mailbox to become full, and email will be rejected.
To ensure email is removed from the server;
In the App List, tap Settings 
, then Email + Accounts, Advanced Settings.
