- Many lawyers quote and charge an hourly basis, by contrast, in most areas of work, I
am happy to charge a fixed fee. This way, clients know exactly where they stand.
- To keep costs down and to provide a fast service, as far as possible I try to deal
with matters by telephone, fax or email. Where meetings are necessary, I charge travel
expenses, but not charge for travel time.
- If a client does need to meet me then working from Haslemere, where Surrey, Hampshire
and West Sussex meet, I am well positioned for those in the South or London,.
- In a possible new matter I am happy to look at the papers and quote on a no obligation
basis.
- I am happy to advise individuals whether they have a potential claim or employer a
potential problem even though the matter can not be taken any further.
